It all started as hobbies and interest groups .... later, these lead us to many opportunites where a certain need that cannot be met by standard off-the-shelve products ... were met by either one of products or services.

Hotsource ESD 'Optus Operandi' has always been the outsource model. Although we have a small core team, we do not work within the same industries or even within the same continents. We have very flexible working hours that span accross time zones and different continents because we collaborate with a smorgasbord of contract workers accross the globe. We choose our contract developers, artists, programmers carefully based on results, speed and committment. Thus, the areas of expertise continues to expand to this day...
